If I could give this Zero stars I would, I went for a car wash the VIP package and floor mats. Once the car is finished and still wet it looks real good and clean 2 minutes later the car is dry isn’t even clean! So I waste $40 to have water thrown on my car to be dirty ? Also I asked them to not armor all my seats and dash board yet they did and now I have streaks all over the interior. When I try to speak to management about the issue there’s no phone number listed. I’m very disappointed. Thanks for taking my money to “clean” my car

Worst place I ever been , gotta be honest I’ve been there 15 times at least and every time i hesitated to post the review but this is too much. I only go there because they are near my house. There is no difference with the service no matter what package you pay. Whether it’s regular, super clean , vip, blah blah they still do the same shitty job. Once the car is out there is 5-8 muchachos attack your car and start wiping the car with no any idea what they are doing. It’s just for the show. Only what they want is to get you out as soon as possible so they can screw the next one. I don’t know what they are using to clean the car but that liquid is literally ruining the car buttons (see the photo) Also they don’t pay attention on the details. I asked and showed them to vacuum underneath the backseat and they said that’s super clean So what is the VIP cleaning that I paid if my car is still dirty.

Paid $33.99 for their so-called “VIP Premium” wash and it was a complete scam. I went in the morning and was literally the only customer there, so there was zero excuse to rush through it. Yet my car still came out with bird poop stuck on the windshield, dirt along the body, and spray marks left all over, because they didn’t bother to wipe it down and interior windows weren’t cleaned at all. This was supposed to be their “VIP” service, but there was nothing premium about it. They rushed, didn’t pay attention to detail, and clearly don’t care about the quality of their work. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. Save your money , if this is what they call VIP, I can’t imagine how bad the regular wash is. Never coming back.

Car wash’s are among the most difficult to review. Winter Seasons has one of the hardest working crews I have ever seen. Today I waited on a line spanning the entire block & turning the corner. 15+ minutes wait time. The wash I received was satisfactory under the circumstances. Being my car was literally ski trip dirty, & the sheer number of cars this crew had to deal with had to be seen to believe. I was not super happy about having to finish cleaning my windows & inside of my door handles because they missed the mark on this trip. Usually when I have my car washed here they do a great job.

Here’s the updated review: “I recently spent $100 (including tip) for a detailed cleaning, and it was worth every penny. The staff took their time, spending around 45 minutes to an hour making sure my car was spotless. While waiting, I noticed they offer a variety of car accessories and cold drinks inside, plus they have two massage machines to relax while you wait, which was a great bonus. The hardworking team of Amigos was dedicated and thorough, ensuring my car looked great by the end. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a detailed car cleaning service!”
